@CBredar @SouthwestAir Same here. Our grandsons supposed to fly from DEN to Tampa and flight cancelled w no reason given. Refund claimed eventually but couldn’t during the cancelled flight time. Epic Fail on @SouthwestAir part. Rebooked tomorrow on Delta.

Shame on you @SouthwestAir you’ve got planes, runways, decent weather & a system that doesn’t know what to do. Gate agents are frustrated, crew is frustrated, customers are spending literally days waiting for planes that never take off while other planes are traveling 1/4 empty.
