@TsaiMeLemoni A condo is a terrible thing to buy. Always rent. They are also harder to get mortgages on, some banks won't even lend on certain condos, it's harder process obtaining a mortgage, which also makes it harder to find a buyer. Bigger cities like LA & NYC it's a bit different.

It's an apartment you own instead of rent

My kids share a room in our 1200 sq foot apartment and we once told them in a sad voice "did you know that there are kids who have to sleep ALL ALONE? With NO sisters in their room? Nobody to keep them company? Nobody to sing with them in the middle of the night?" It's the saddest thing they've ever heard.

I’ve received enough handwritten cards to know that Americans have much nicer handwriting than the rest of the world. I presume you were taught how to write properly in school. In the 70s we had to write with a fountain pen and that did give you a great foundation
