My current setup: Sunday - Pull, Shoulders Monday - Push, Legs Tuesday - Run 45 min zone2 Wednesday - Pull, Shoulders Thursday - Push, Legs Friday - Run 45 min zone2 Saturday - Sprints, Bodyweight, Mobility It’s very important you: - lift heavy compounds to build muscle - do cardiovascular movement - get lean and lose body fat - get quality sleep - eat enough protein - recover with books, music, friends, films, sun Some tips: - track with Oura, Whoop or Apple Watch - drink more water (with electrolytes) - sleep, sleep, sleep - get a smart scale if you’re into it - no processed food (just cook bro) - take supplements if necessary - magnesium and creatine obviously - more sugar - nasal breathing when possible Result: - endless energy - people breaking their neck to look at you - insane explosive power - command every room - you will NOT AGE - life on easy mode - everything is effortless - your are literally Superman - your 50-60 year old self will be so happy you did this
