@CassPF Is there anything on the proposed Cwealth data sharing regime? (In which it was proposed that Cwealth data, including personal information, could be shared irrespective of other legal obligations whenever it was deemed necessary.) That's gone quiet in the last year or so.

There's a proposal that APP 11 require both maximum and minimum retention periods for personal information, and that these rules are regularly reviewed - implications here for records disposal programs ag.gov.au/sites/default/…
