Any ideas on the best course of action when @britishairways customer service CAN’T help and the complaints centre close your complaint for no reason?

For the past 9 hours, someone bought $5B worth of $BTC in an organised manner. I believe that a dog or a cat went all in on Bitcoin & an announcement will be made soon once the full purchase is complete. Snoopy? Clifford? Garfield? @CatDog? Who will it be?
