I think that’s why there’s been so much discourse about Madonna. Mariah has the music, she has the songs, she could EASILY have hits. Investigators say a Fort Wayne man cut off his penis, lit it on fire and then used it to set his mom's garage on fire.
Christopher Peden is charged with one count of Arson.
Peden was arrested last week and his bond was set at $10,000. He has since posted that bond.
