Never get a chase account. The fact that I’ve been trying to move my savings account for 2 months. Because they’re taking fees out of an account that shouldn’t be touched. Literally holding my money hostage all while taking it. @ChaseSupport closing account. almost 10 years. Smh

@ChaseSupport My wife just received a credit card that she DID NOT request. I consider it as being SLAMMED. It will not be activated. It has shown up as one of my accounts on my Chase website. The card is called United MileagePlus Explorer. $150 annual fee. STOP IT!

@Chase I have submitted claim for a cancelled trip due to airline cancellation. everything else was refunded because on other cards, but hotel charges are still not reversed ! Why is that? Should i be claiming or disputing charge ?

Chase denied my fraud claim of 20000 South African Rand despite clear evidence that I was on a flight when the transaction happened. No PIN, no signature—yet they sided with the charge. Travelers are exposed. This isn’t just my case—it’s a system failure. Do better, @Chase.

@ChaseSupport your company is an absolute disaster. I have now called 6 times fur an average of 45 minutes per call to inquire about a new credit card request. I have been a stellar customer for years and I have received the poorest service ever. I am sorry I didn’t go to Amex!

In my continual frustration with @Chase UI... click a date, I click the arrow to move back in time. I have to click multiple times to get to December. However when I click a second time, the calendar changes height and then I click an ad instead and leave the page.

@Chase I will be frankly honest, people are getting tired of banking with Chase because you guys are doing too much. If someone sends you over 500 dollars via zelle, there is no reason to put a hold on the funds if their bank already cleared/processed it on the opposite end.
