Based “supposedly” sent an email to Qatar airlines to deal with my ticket refund that I haven’t heard anything since. I was supposed to fly on 3 March from Nairobi to Los Angeles. I’m still in Nairobi🤷🏾.

Been proudly using @CheapTickets for the past 10 years for all my vacations & hotel stays but these past 2 days trying to book a vacation has been a nightmare Over $10k in holds on 5 different cards & still wasn’t able to book my trip shit went from frustration to disappointment

@CheapTickets Agreed, cheaptickets is now a scamming service. We used them for many years. Never again. We lost a trip and over $2700. We will be reporting to BBB also.

@CheapTickets I have used cheaptickets in the past for multiple trips. I booked a trip for 4 people and the airline changed the dates and times with no notifications to us. The cheaptickets app stated everything was as booked. We are now 4 days from our trip and out over $2700

Then she told me the insurance I bought from @CheapTickets wouldn’t be accepted and I’d have to request a refund. That felt off, but we had no choice, so we signed the paperwork and left.

@HiltonHotels, @CheapTickets claims the Hilton department they deal with for reservations is refusing to authorize my $1770 refund. I canceled a few hours after making the reservation. I’m going for a funeral & the dates are changing. I refuse to give someone $1770! HELP!!!

@CheapTickets @hilton- @cheaptickets has attempted multiple times for an exception to refund me $1770. @hilton you won’t even offer a credit, partial refund or change of dates. That seems unethical. I needed to change the dates that are 2 months out in June, it wasn’t even a last minute CXL.

@CheapTickets You won’t help at all. I’ve had multiple conversation with your employees. Even the supervisor claim it’s @HiltonHotels that won’t authorize the refund.
