@realJeremyCarl Clan rivalry exists in Somalia, not in Somaliland. That is why Somalia has failed to form a stable country. Somaliland and Somalia do not share the same nation, heritage, or culture. Somalia carried out genocide and annexation against Somaliland so it’s not clan rivalry.

The bill acknowledges a critical challenge: Somaliland faces significant barriers accessing U.S. and international financial systems– affecting consumer banking, trade, counterterrorism, and anti-money laundering efforts.
