‼️PLEASE SHARE ‼️ Last Monday @o2ukofficial decided to take £1099.76 from my bank account - for a phone I NEVER received 15 calls - 3.5 hours on phone And I still don’t have my money back. They’ve literally left me with no money, but todays call handler seems to think waiting

I don't know which compartment in the washing machine is for detergent, or why there are three of them. I just pick one at random. I'm 45.

@SumUp I placed an order with you on April 3rd 2023 I received an email confirming my £154.80 order and was told it would be shipped in 3-4 days. I still haven’t received my order. You have repeatedly refused to issue me a refund……1 of 2

I’m so sorry to share that my dear wife Hayley has passed away. She experienced a mental health crisis in December. She spent a month in hospital and managed to return home but was still struggling. She decided to end her struggle on Sunday. I’m devastated by her loss. Take care
