i did use the handy minute long videos by youtuber Relyea to help me find an essence boss to help me get the upgraded dreamnail necessary for the other endings. shoutout to that absolute goat for his straight to the point guide

np. i’ve mentioned before i beat hollow knight before and it’s because i used a guide back then to back seat me the whole way to the “hollow knight” ending. i roughly but barely remembered where to go but that was enough to help me beat it in 25 hours

Swear to God whoever said this series is an industry plant has to be right on the money, both games are like 7/10, forgettable, hardly ever see anyone talk about them, and yet it sells millions and we keep getting sequels, remakes, spin-offs, and now its a multimedia franchise

I played it all the way. The story was bad. Had fun while I was playing Ellie chasing down Abby, but after that first confrontation the whole story is about guilting the player over the actions the game makes them engage in. Teaching them like toddlers that vengeance is bad.
