After watching that NTV bulletin of what happens in the basement, its hard to believe that all these attrocities ahappening in uganda today. The other thing is who are those officers that execute those torture orders from the CDF. Are they even ugandas, are they army personel or there is aspecial militia responsible for torture and managing the safe houses. Are they our neighbours we stay with in the communities? What tribe are they? How old are they ?? So many questions i ask my self but with no answers. RIP my mother land uganda. #freepoliticalprisoners
