निगम के @CitySpzone की उपायुक्त पर भवन विभाग का रंग पूरी तरह चढ़ता नजर आ रहा है! आरोप है कि सीट सँभालते ही मैडम को पहले सदर बाजार में करीब 500 करोड़ कीमत की अवैध व्यावसायिक ईमारत से नजराना मिल गया और फिर #ShamNathMarg में निर्बाध गति से चल रहे अवैध निर्माण से शुक्राना! #Obrai_Appartment के बाहर अवैध तरीके से दो विला मिलाकर हो रहे निर्माण को भवन विभाग के डकैतों #AE_Muzaffar_Naiem और #JE_Navdeep ने जनवरी में नोटिस तो भेजा, लेकिन सीलिंग या डेमोलेशन नहीं किया, क्योंकि #EE_Rakesh_Brijwal को भी चढ़ावा चढ़ चुका था! इसी तरह सदर के तेलीवाड़ा #Madehganj #Phoota_Road पर करीब ढाई हजार गज की कई संपत्तियों 2234 से 2238, 2250, 2263 और 2264 को जोड़कर अवैध कॉमर्शियल सेंटर बनाने का काम चल रहा है। बीते माह निगमायुक्त #Sanjeev_Khirwar और जोन की उपायुक्त #Kanika_IAS को भी जानकारी मिल गई, लेकिन अवैध निर्माण सील होने या डेमोलेशन का आदेश नहीं निकला। सूत्रों की मानें तो बिल्डर इतना बड़ा है कि कमिश्नर और डीसी दोनों की जुबान पर ताला लग गया और कारण है शुक्राने की अदायगी! ऐसे में सवाल उठता है कि जब निगमायुक्त और उपायुक्त भी वसूली गैंग का हिस्सा बन जाएंगे तो @MCD_Delhi में तो सर्कस ही चलेगा ? क्योंकि अफसर चोर बन रहे हैं और सत्तारूढ़ नेता कठपुतली, जिन्हे ना तो गलत दिखाई देता है और ना सुनाई! और दिख भी जाए तो क्या बिगड़ लेंगे, क्योंकि स्थाई समिति अध्यक्ष तक की औकात नहीं है कि #RPCell में वसूलीबाजी के आरोपी नाकाबिल #ADC_Rajiv_Dahiya को सीट से भी हिला सकें। क्योंकि निगम चलेगा #IAS_Sanjeev_Khirwar की मर्जी से और इन्हे पसंद हैं घोटाले के आरोपी #Pankaj_Naresh_Agarwal जैसे कलाकार। @PMOIndia @HMOIndia @DoPTGoI @CVCIndia @LtGovDelhi @BJP4India @BJP4Delhi @RajaiqbalSingh3 @satya_office @MukeshGoel1960 #copypaste
