@SynthPotato I don’t necessarily think CD is bad, but it’s certainly not good, either. It’s a big mess, which can be quite compelling sometimes. It’s very amateurish in that it doesn’t understand less can be more; it’s excessive and self-diluting.

@SynthPotato I think it’s easy to read the intentionality of the developers; TOTK/BOTW feel focused in their minimalism and approach. CD feels like a big, lumbering fool; it has no idea what it wants to be, so it tries to be everything, and thusly fails to be anything (of merit).

I’ll always find it strange how bad writing is seen as a massive issue for Crimson Desert but Breath of the Wild and TOTK both get away with having the most basic, generic writing and boring storytelling. Why do some games get a pass for focusing on gameplay & others don’t?

I love Mint, but what she does is how i view every American One of the most important tapes that talks about Kaz, ideals and why he does what he does, She reads the title being about Che Guevara and says "why should we care?" That alone explained to me everything about americans

@NextGenNero Nintendo can justify their exclusivity; they pump out games within a well-defined market/ecosystem. Sony has low output, and their infrequent releases are not very likely to convert any customers to the console that haven't already bought in. Extremely stupid strategy.

@NextGenNero It would have more players if they did concurrent release on both platforms; interest for games dies out over time, so they were literally just leaving money on the table. Their new strategy is short-sighted; they do not have significant enough 1st party output to justify it.

Maybe my love for this game is blinding my judgement but… is it just me or are these numbers on the low side ? This is legit one of the best games created this generation and maybe ever.. meanwhile a A.I boring slop fest of a game easily hits 100k +

@NGreentail You’re jumping around in generations by playing remakes, but I actually think the order is pretty good. It’ll keep mechanics/graphics fresh, but you’ll be jumping around a bit. Skip the question marked ones, they’re superfluous and/or bad.

A little help from Pokemon fans; I'm only a casual fan of the series, but after loving Pokopia and finishing Legends Z-A I want to dive deep into the series. Is this the best order and choice of games to get the best mainline Pokemon game experience?
