@clearscore For some reason I have an address I lived at in 2019 showing on my account. However, no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to provide my most recent address, and the financial products and accounts I have registered there aren't showing up either. It's 773 on @Experian , but 371 on clear score. What should I do?

@ClearScore For some reason, in my current report it is showing 2 credit cards twice so has effectively doubled what i owe. Is this a mistake that will be rectified in due course?

@Vodacom My Credit Profile on ClearScore indicates that in January I had a missed payment. It is incorrect as my accounts are paid on time. @ClearScore_SA @ClearScore

@ClearScore for the last few days your app doesn’t work, you can open it but after that you cannot do anything, none of the link are working, my IOS software is up to date and app had an update yesterday and the result is the same..totally useless

@ClearScore I have an account with you, via my MBNA credit card, however I need to cross check my electoral roll status after a house move. Do I need to create an account when I have one via mbna? The mbna access is only via my mbna app

@ClearScore how long would you expect an update to take? 3 months and credit card balances cleared yet still showing. Does that mean your credit scoring isn’t very accurate?
