I couldn’t be more proud of this group they dug deep in every race and showed a ton of heart. I can’t wait to see what they do in the future. This was one of those meets where everyone was smiling and laughing and having a good time and the momentum builds throughout the day.

Congratulations to these young women for their 3rd place finish at our Sub-Varsity district track meet! They won the 4x1 100H, 300H, Triple Jump, and the 200. Great performances across the board!

To be disapointed in the middle of the season for what was a PR at the beginning of the season is an underrated flex! Progress has peaks and valleys. Your new valley was once your peak. Be proud, Kids! Big performances are on the way! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Mike on the 🎙️: been reading a lot of comments on the USA is “scared” to compete in the 4x4 at Word Relays. People remember, it’s an off year , what championship we trying to qualify relays for? Athletes are doing different events this year. USA is definitely not Scared to run. Last thing, 18 Gold medals at Olympics and 12 Gold medals at Worlds and we hold the world records. I am ✅

@CoachQ_Butler @PaetowXC_TF We come up with a few ideas based on what’s popular or what we like, then run them by some of our athletes and let them decide. This year the options were the matrix, Alice in wonderland, and 2 comicbook options.

Been digging through Paetow’s all-time lists. This season, athletes have climbed into the top 10 in program history across multiple events, even a couple school records. Been a nice way to highlight more than school records. A lot of new faces making their mark on @PaetowXC_TF
