This clip of Miami's EDGE Rueben Bain hitting the sled in his pro day shows how insanely explosive he is. A full triple extension that gets him airborne for a brief moment. A rare athlete who will be disruptive wherever he lands.

Poway HS Football developed the culture in 2006 and 2007, Qualcomm Stadium back to back, and winning the school’s first ever Section Championship. Those kids started it. Then came the 2011 and 2012 teams (pictured). The talent comes in waves, but the standard doesn’t change!

@Coach_Nsmitty Ride the mesh. If read slow plays, hand it off. If read steps down, replace him with the ball. Most HS backers aren’t athletic enough to fill, read/react and flip their hips to get to their spots.

@Coach_Nsmitty BOB: Center IDs the Mike, combos towards 1T to point backer.
1B Power: Essentially same rules as BOB, but PST bases DE. BSG skip pulls into first opening for first PS backer.
In zone, the OL steps in unison to the play side. I think what you drew up leans towards BOB.
