The young SP has been instructed to suspend someone beyond her authority, yet she responds publicly, despite the minister offering an alternative. This signals to the public that the bureaucracy disregards democratic principles and the will of the people. It is a stark reality that reflects a lack of respect for democratic values and the people's voice.
