Social Security Reform #SocialSecurity Proposal to triple benefits for citizens For those entering the workforce, a new one time choice 1. Privatize Social Security & allow citizens to invest funds in pre approved investments 2. Stay in current system Move all non retirement benefits such as disability or other programs out of Social Security to general government programs supported by tax revenue Investment Options for Choice 1: 70% in Total Stock Market Index Fund 30% in Aggregate Bond Market Index Fund Fee cap of 0.05% & no ability for government to mandate where investment dollars go To be clear, index includes an estimate of all stocks and bonds in the US markets - no segmentation, leverage or sub targeting allowed Rules for distributions are the same as IRAs (Required Minimum Distributions or RMD) At death, remaining money rolls to beneficiaries (same rules as current IRAs) No emergency withdrawals allowed Benefits : Increases retirement income dramatically (more than 3 times greater) & eliminates the challenge of funding a defined benefit retirement plan There will never be a drain on the federal government finances from Social Security again for those in private plans Example : Assuming your invest social security taxes for an individual into the 70% stock / 30% bond portfolio with returns well below historical levels of 7% for stocks & 3% for bonds, total payouts of benefits would be 3.2 times the benefits that the individual would receive in the current social security system Average annual return for the S&P 500 has been 12.9% in my working lifetime & total bond market aggregate has been 6.1% return annually Challenges : Educate voters - new requirement to educate students & students must pass test prior to graduation Transition costs as young workers transition out of the current system (although it is a current commitment so there is no real change - just following through on past commitments) Convincing government that giving up control of citizens social security is acceptable (it is citizens money but government controls our money right now) @WaysandMeansGOP @SocialSecurity

Step back & have some perspective 1. Joe Kent was leaking classified information for some time & just found out recently that he was caught - he knew criminal referral was happening so he resigned & changed his view on this issue to protect himself - in essence hurting the US to protect himself 2. Israel was horrifically attacked on October 7, 2023 by Hamas which is funded by Iran & Hezbollah continuously lobs missiles into Israel (again - funded by Iran) 5. US took action to destroy nuclear facilities in 2025 & Iran refused to abandon their efforts to build bombs - it was only a matter of time before they started again 6. Europe & previous US Presidents have appeased Iran & tried to compromise with the radical regime - of course, Iran never authentically ever wanted to compromise - they were delaying in their efforts to build a nuclear arsenal 7. A large swath of the Iranian citizens despise the regime in charge and want to see a change away for religious rule 8. @realDonaldTrump wants peace. But after giving Iran numerous chances to do the right thing, it is clear to him that Iran will never do the right thing You can debate timing of this effort but not the reasoning It has been close to 50 years of Iranian terror & chaos - imagine if the government cared for its people & the international community It is easy to blame the victims of Iranian venom because they are strong (US & Israel) but it is time to tame the Iranian snake @TuckerCarlson & @joekent16jan19 have lost their way & I hope they think through this issue more clearly #IranWar‌

During the incident, they were shouting “Allahu Akbar.” 2. The explosive device was a homemade IED that was packed with shrapnel, including nuts, bolts, and nails. 3. Fortunately, the IED ultimately failed to detonate, preventing what could have been a far more serious and potentially deadly situation. If the device had exploded as intended, it could have severely injured or killed law enforcement officers, nearby protesters, or others at the scene including Jack Lang.
