Did you play this classic back in the day?
Wings (1990) was Cinemware's last game - and maybe also their best? I know, the argument can be made for Defender of the Crown or It came from the Desert, but in terms of graphics, music, design and immersion, Wings felt absolutely awesome. The career mode and mission briefing felt like an old school movie. It was also brutally hard, especially the dogfights...
Cinemaware didn't have the longest of runs and I always wondered how a team that created so many hits was not able to last longer. I know, people will bring up the argument of "too many illegal copies in the 80s and 90s" and while that's valid, it also applied to all, not just Cinemaware. Certainly a shame that they only lasted from 1986 to 1991.

This happened to me once. I forget what game and boss it was but I spent 20+ attempts when I was stupidly tired, got frustrated eventually and went to bed and then tried the next day and did it first time.

Why is an escalator called an escalator when it's descending? Shouldn't it be called an descendulator? And shouldn't an elevator be called the same when it's going down?

@TheMothershipYT I have an LCD display in my laptop, so it's probably even worse on an OLED.
I also use dark mode as much as possible and I genuinely do suffer with bright lights and sky outside.
