I did a course and the name on my certificate has the surname of my ex. I did not put his name, maybe it got the info from courses I previously did. How can I change it so that his name does not show up again? @coursera The certificate has this but with Singh at the end.

Feedback can feel uncomfortable—especially when it catches you off guard. However, the strongest professionals know how to work with feedback rather than avoid it. Here’s what's done differently: 1️⃣ They pause before reacting. That moment of restraint can protect relationships and create productive conversations. 2️⃣ They separate identity from information. Feedback isn’t who you are; it’s data about what to adjust. 3️⃣ They ask clarifying questions. “What does success look like here?” “What would improvement look like next time?” 4️⃣ They decide which feedback to use. Discerning which feedback to act on is a skill. Handling feedback well doesn’t mean agreeing with everything. @coursera I do not know anywhere to go. Well I have a problem, a certificate was sent to me but did not contain my middle name. Please can you help me remedy this. It's really hindering a lot for me. And I have done my id verification but I did it after completing the course. Help

@coursera @Coursera Charged after failed cancellation due to site issue. No usage since March 20. As a student facing financial hardship, this is difficult. Support was unhelpful and closed my case. Requesting a refund.
