Remember when Playstation Network was down for an extended time and players couldn't access their entire digital library even for paid, single player and playable offline games? Even if we don't actually own the license buying physically, there are still far more merits to it 🙏

The internet clearly prioritizes group hugs over the truth. When someone posts a rant or virtue signals about physical games, that's not a structural roadmap on how to deal with a digital-only future. That's looking for someone to say "You're right, this is terrible and you are a good person for being upset." But there are currently only two things physical PlayStation gamers can do: either accept going digital while advocating for improved infrastructure, or walk the talk and leave. There is no third option where the internet complains enough and physical suddenly becomes the majority of gaming revenue like the PS3 days. But that's the metric companies like Sony and Rockstar care about. So if you're gonna go, do it tomorrow. Don't delay it another second, otherwise I don't believe you and I'll just think you'll be playing digital GTA6.
