We’ve literally had people tell us to CANCEL our digital release and do physical only. IDK if people realise that we are just 2 people and this is our first game. We’d LOVE to do physical & we support physical ownership but our game kinda has to do well digitally first 🤷

What I think will happened with physical discs and Playstation: - PS6 generation and forward won't have physical discs - Sony will make a USB add on Disc Drive for PS6, so PS4/PS5 can be played - Almost all games will be cross gen, the whole ps6 generation (PS5/PS6, because it's to expensive to have ps6 only games) - Publishers can choose to publish PS5 discs if they want to - PS5 versions of games be upgraded to ps6 if they want or keep playing the PS5 discs version Insane Sony won't talk about anything 💀😂
Folks, let’s move on. That said, I’m happy to report that the folks at @SonyPicsAtHome have just sent me a review copy on 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook. I can’t wait to see this one in 4K, considering it was the title that came with the original PS3 bundle. It was that console that helped launch Blu-ray. We cannot boycott Sony or PlayStation moving forward. Let’s be realistic. They’re not going to change their decision. I’ve dealt with this company now for 19 years. I’m sorry they’re ironically enough abandoning the format they themselves helped launch on their console. As you can tell, I still tell it like it is. I’m not easing up one bit on them as a company, overall. But I cannot boycott PS5 or even PS4 games. I cannot boycott the PS5 going forward. I cannot boycott Sony titles on Blu-ray either. Why in the living hell would I boycott physical media? It needs the sales, folks. BE REALISTIC. I hate the decision to abandon discs on PS5 in 2028. But sometimes you have to realize that we aren’t changing anything here. I signed the petition day one. What more can I really do?
