IT'S A HUGE DAY FOR THE WIZARDS Warriors win vs Suns: +2.4% chance at a top four pick Hornets win + Suns loss: +3.6% odds at top four If the Suns jump in the lottery, the Wizards get the higher pick A play in team has won the last 2 lotteries 👀 GO HORNETS AND DUBS

Brady House is 4-for-24 since I wrote about his improved approach at the plate. My apologies.

@jacob_hayden723 I look at this as us needing a burly center who can play real minutes, rebound like crazy (our biggest weakness), plays winning basketball and can mentor the young guys. I want Hartenstein and think they can use the mid-level exception to offset the $$. Maybe Queta/Robinson

We need a backup who is a realistic option. Would be funny to sign Bagley back again but highly doubt

@GregFinberg I understand what you laid out above but I think a new voice in the locker room is needed to usher in the new era of Wizards basketball. Would disagree that Keefe “deserves” anything, and I’d rather have Cassell or Nori or another top NBA assistant (see: Charles Lee, Jordan Ott)

Brian Keefe’s 43-160 record is the worst by a coach through at least 200 games in NBA history. But given the circumstances surrounding his tenure — tanking, ever-changing rotations, key injuries — many felt he deserved a true shot at winning. He’ll get that shot next season.

@Domo8186 @Da_Boogey_Man_ I was about as big of a Deni fan as there was and I never could have dreamed he would turn into THIS. made all the sense in the world to reset the clock + accumulate assets, revisionist history with this FO is unfair

The revisionist history on this app is hilarious Coming off 14 ppg in yr 4 you got 2 1s. You weren't going to magically get 4 1s in better drafts by holding him another year after a 16 ppg yr 5. And if you wait til yr 6, you risk losing your 2026 pick Proactive > Reactive

@PFTCommenter good job standing your ground against Big Cat today. You said the EXACT same thing last year and were shamed for him. Make sure he is constantly shamed.

@NavyYardNats @Nationals @MLB People forget we were one of the best MLB franchises in the 2010s. However, we have been bad for way too long, and non-Nats fans have had that success wiped from their memory.

𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: The @Nationals were not a “sad franchise” from 2012-2019, when the team won 4 NL East titles, a World Series Championship and the 2nd most regular season games in all of @MLB. In that span, individual Nats won 2 Cy Young Awards (2016 and 2017), 1 Most Valuable Player Award (2015), 1 Comeback Player of the Year winner (2017), 11 Silver Slugger Awards and had 31 All-Star selections. @WSJ @WSJSports @jareddiamond 👇🤔

The Washington Nationals have been one of baseball’s saddest franchises. Their solution this winter was to hire decision-makers in their 30s to fill every important leadership role. on.wsj.com/4emwCAI

The funniest possible outcome is the Wizards falling to 5, the Suns going on to win the lottery and receive the #1 pick, only for the Wizards pick swap from the Beal trade to be activated.
