Just sold my home w/ Opendoor $OPEN A+ experience I’m extremely happy as a customer & shareholder. I gave a few pieces of feedback on the app itself, otherwise the process from beginning to end was seamless, and I was always able to reach someone. 19 days (including weekends)

Trump floated paying Greenlanders $100k each to join the US and they’re listening. When he joked about Canada, Boomers said “we’d rather be poorer than governed by Trump” and voted accordingly. Serious question: if the US offered Canadians $100k each to join, or $500k, at what price does ideology finally lose to math? It’s not politics. It’s a takeover bid for an underperforming asset with great resources.

I will talk about Opendoor's product frequently and its stock rarely.  That's because my job is to build the product  and the company, and that will have good secondary outcomes.  Tomorrow is the first day I am allowed to buy $OPEN and my family is buying $1M at the open.
