@DLMotability How many complaints do I have to make, my car has still not been repaired from July 2025, has to be the worst customer service from such a big company. Please do not use these shocking is an understatement won't let you speak to a manager so let's see what you CEO has to say!

@MotabilityOps @DirectLine @DLMotability Motabilty Direct Line has Declined my appeal for an insurance exception as I’ve explained to them my mums suffering from cancer and we have no other driver but me. There is no Sympathy and Empathy shown by Motabilty. So dissapointed

@MotabilityOps i must state that extremely disappointed with the service received from @DLMotability. I was involved in an accident on Wednesday and so far there has been no communication and the vehicle can’t be driven. All their lines are closed. Absolutely appalling

@DLMotability 2) Enterprise require a letter from her insurance company to show she’ll be insured. The problem is her company do not issue letters anymore? Where can she go from here? ( as none of this is her fault and suggesting she claims on her own policy is ridiculous),

Insane!!! If you want to use your vehicle for work, you’ll need to get permission from RSA Motability. You might be allowed to use your vehicle for certain kinds of business activity, for example if you’re a travelling salesperson. You won’t be allowed to use your vehicle for other kinds of work - for example as a taxi or to deliver things. You can contact RSA Motability either in writing or over the phone. Ask for a ‘Business Use Application Form’.
