@DirectLine I have reached out so many times and no one has replied to my emails. 😭😭 Whoever picks up the phone says they "can only escalate it, but can’t do anything about it from their side." I’m stuck in the middle here as a car accident victim with no help.

@DirectLine 2 engineers failed to repair toilet and just left it with no water to it and no idea what happens next. Disabled in 80s cancer heart failure stroke pneumonia unable to go upstairs and no toilet

Another year considering my options for car insurance. @DirectLine who I’ve been with for a long time have whacked the renewal price up silly amounts again. Other quotes are coming in at much more acceptable prices.

@DirectLine really disappointed with your service for my husband who has his car insurance with you as do I and also we have home insurance too for many years . He has brought a brand new car a Kia Niro which should be an exciting time but for some reason you won’t insure the car

Honestly, @DirectLine are beyond useless. Messed up my renewal two years in a row, changed DD dates without telling me, managers don't call back as promised. Won't be renewing next time 🤦

@DirectLine despite being a loyal customer of several years you increased my car insurance by 50% on this year’s renewal quote despite still having no previous accident claims & no changes in personal circumstances, (apart from being 1 year older obviously). Just shocking..!!

@DirectLine So I had an accident in March was emailed to say my no claims will not be affected renewal came at £300 ..then I got an email from renewals to say it was going up to £644..paid it the operator said that the difference will be refunded once the claim was updated.wont refund
