If there's one thing you can rely on with @MotabilityOps , it's that they will let you down when you need them most. I now have to cancel two hospital appointments as they continue to take money from me even when in a situation without a car. This sounds illegal to me.

So, guys. Whos up for a storytime thread? It is one that will make your toes curl. Ready? So Monday evening I drove up to Slough via a roads. Beaitiful evening drive. Sunsets, Stonehenge...and arrived at my destination at 11pm. And left homeward bound at 1am.

@YorkDisability @MotabilityOps New low milage allowance will hit rural areas hardest, especially if needing multiple trips to hospitals eg radiotherapy along way away. A suggestion by M in a survey- to make things “easier” if go over new low milage limit is to predict & pay extra 25p per mile in advance!

@MotabilityOps I had a really bad turn so couldn't drive. I wanted to put my son on the insurance so that he could take me back home. But because of @MotabilityOps bad planning I wasn't able to. They scheduled maintenance for online accounts when the offices were closed. Stupid
