@MotabilityOps So much for that. I’m currently in a Proximo WAV with no aircon, needs an oil change, and the boot door is faulty!!! So much for care and attention. Proximo is absolutely useless.

Just found out that @MotabilityOps won't authorise tyre changes until the tread is 1.8mm. Scandalous when you think the absolute legal limit is 1.6 and manufacturers recommend changing them at 3mm

@MotabilityOps This will now be taken away for your rural customers at 10k a year it is just unrealistic. 220 mile round trip for hospital appointments that are made more than 10 times a year, NHS dentist 160 mile round trip, GP, shops, school 40 miles! How are we meant to live! Charity? Joke!

@MotabilityOps My friend has already had 3 emails and 3 SMS messages before 0930 today (this is bordering harassment) - including threats to contact her about red journeys. Threats that have been made EVERY DAY for the last 3 months yet not one phone call - This is not acceptable.

@MotabilityOps I’m just struggling to understand with learning difficulties why claims are not at least investigated further when people leave parked vehicles on a dangerous unavoidable hazard when there is meant to be possibilities to challenge these, I just don’t see how much more dangerous
