@MotabilityOps So much for that. I’m currently in a Proximo WAV with no aircon, needs an oil change, and the boot door is faulty!!! So much for care and attention. Proximo is absolutely useless.

Just found out that @MotabilityOps won't authorise tyre changes until the tread is 1.8mm. Scandalous when you think the absolute legal limit is 1.6 and manufacturers recommend changing them at 3mm

@Ford @MotabilityOps please explain why I pay over £11k over three years on a car @MotabilityOps paid you just £16k for that you discounted from £32k to £16k and yet we the disabled are the issue??

@MotabilityOps This will now be taken away for your rural customers at 10k a year it is just unrealistic. 220 mile round trip for hospital appointments that are made more than 10 times a year, NHS dentist 160 mile round trip, GP, shops, school 40 miles! How are we meant to live! Charity? Joke!

Refusing to say if you have done any kind of impact study on these significant changes, unwilling to discuss the issues by dismissing our concerns and referring complainants to the financial ombudsman! You are sticking your head in the sand @MotabilityOps

@MotabilityOps My friend has already had 3 emails and 3 SMS messages before 0930 today (this is bordering harassment) - including threats to contact her about red journeys. Threats that have been made EVERY DAY for the last 3 months yet not one phone call - This is not acceptable.

@MotabilityOps Have you any idea how bad the drivesmart system is & the affect it is having on peoples mental health. You are harassing disabled people based on BAD data. Sending emails based on no app connection yet on the same day sending emails about their journey yesterday!

@MotabilityOps I’m just struggling to understand with learning difficulties why claims are not at least investigated further when people leave parked vehicles on a dangerous unavoidable hazard when there is meant to be possibilities to challenge these, I just don’t see how much more dangerous

@Offical_SOTD I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your car. If it’s not driveable, you’ll need to contact RAC Motability Assist for support on 08007311173. They can arrange recovery of non-driveable vehicles, and discuss keeping you mobile in the meantime too. Take care, Ellen

We don't allow dashcam's to be hardwired into our vehicles as this could null and void the warranty on the vehicle. Has anyone else got a (brand new) @vauxhall combo life EV which they've had issues with? Collected my new @MotabilityOps car 2.5 weeks ago. It's faulty/unsafe to drive for the 2nd time. Hasn't even got 200 miles on the clock yet 😕
