@LiverpoolWande1 Pedestrians are treated as 3rd class citizens, after motorists and cyclists, by them, the council and the police. I imagine that if pedestrians parked their bums on roads & bike lanes whenever & wherever they wanted there would be all hell up.

There's a noticeable increase in LGVs and HGVs being parked on the pavement in Merseyside. It's specifically illegal for HGVs to be parked on the pavement and when you've lost it with some of the most highly trained drivers on our roads, you know standards are at rock bottom.

He's had a long run of mostly 2nd places before. In fact if there was a competition for largest number of 2nd places he'd probably come 2nd. Sure he'll be back winning when his knee's properly healed & he's got a bit of confidence back.
