@WallStreetApes The real problem is not that they spoke Spanish. It is that Subway did not train them on basic sandwich vocab. That is on the franchise not the worker.

American tried to order at Subway in Miami, Florida but unfortunately the workers don’t speak a word of English, or understand English
He says to put the mayo on after toasting, they can’t understand him. They speak in Spanish to each other, then put the mayo on before toasting because they have no idea what he said
We should not have to deal with this in America. Speaking English should be mandatory for all customer facing jobs

Another Las Vegas breakfast spot gone.
Squeeze In at Fort Apache and Reno abruptly closed recently.
The restaurant was part of a chain
that started out in Truckee, CA about 50 years ago serving omelettes and mimosas.
Bobby Flay even filmed a show about their omelettes.
Squeeze In will be replaced by Pasta & Pomo, an Italian restaurant serving fresh pasta.

Post fight night breakfast at Squeeze In on Fort Apache and Tropicana. Not much of a breakfast guy these days but my buddy was hungry and I have always wanted to try this place. They have quite a selection of omelets and breakfast items along with a fun list of adult beverages. I ordered the Hangover Helper omelet and a Bacon Bloody Mary. Good stuff!
