@culvers 2 days ago i ordered a kids grilled cheese and asked for it not to be grilled; just cheese and bread. Nothing special. They refused and said no. I explained my 2yo grandson thinks the grill marks are dirt. Still a no. Please explain this policy.

@culvers Allen, who is managing store #240 rn is pathetic. My wife ordered 2 mixers through @DoorDash. We received 2 shakes for Meghan. Allen said take it up with #DD. #DD didn't make a mistake though. Allen placed the wrong receipt on the bag. He's offering no solution. Really?!

@culvers saw a commercial during Seinfeld and thought burgers are a good idea. Ordered Culver’s through @DoorDash and I get 3 raw in the middle burgers, no curds and half the sauces missing. Looks like Freddys from now on. Must be about to sell to private equity. #garbage.

@culvers I just went to Culver’s in Savage, MN to get the flavor of the day. I ordered (2) double scoops of the flavor of the day. When the drive thru runner brought out the order he brought (2) single scoops. I questioned him and he lied and said they were double scoops.

When the @culvers pre-tears off your kids custard ticket so when you get home your kid thinks you stole their custard. Not cool Culver's. Not cool. And its his family birthday party dinner.

Let me say, the @culvers on SR 54 is the absolute worst. Each time I order from them, whether drive-thru or delivery my order is ALWAYS wrong. Fish dinner, forgot the coleslaw, missing cheese curds, bacon cheeseburger… forgot the bacon, forgot the fries… EVERYTIME!
