@Namecheap I need some help here. Your DNS is adding an erroneous A-record to my domain and sending website visitors to the wrong server. I submitted a ticket with screenshots (ticket: #MYM-516-19423), but have no response so far, and your live chat is turned off.

@DazeEnd Thanks for waiting—unfortunately, this isn't a feature we support. You would need to build this into your integration. You could listen to the "invoice.payment_failed event" and attempt to bill the second attached payment method for that customer.

@stripesupport If a subscription customer has more than one form of payment in Stripe, is there a way for the second credit card to be automatically charged if the default card is declined? I’m trying to figure out a way to cut down on delinquent accounts.

@SendGrid @SendGridSupport When I try to log into SendGrid, I get the error “You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts.” I can’t contact support through the website because I can’t login. This is the first time I’ve tried to login in months. How do I fix this?

Hey @LastPass: The LastPass feature that auto-changes a password only seems to work on “weak” passwords. Since you got hacked, any chance you can make that feature work on all passwords, or at least mark all current passwords as weak? I’ve got hundreds of passwords to change.

@LexTheCPA I’m on your husband’s side. TurboTax charges $999 for some rando to do your business taxes. That seems to establish a floor. Even at the same price, a biz owner would be crazy to hire a TurboTax rando over you, a CPA who actually understands your client. turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes…

Anyone have a suggestion for a company that can replace @Rackspace as my IMAP reseller partner? Support is a key concern, but cost is also a factor. I’d love to use @Fastmail, but their reseller pricing isn’t competitive. Looking at Enom and OpenSRS. #Rackspace #RackspaceOutage

@CimcoJoe @Rackspace Hey Joe. I’m a Rackspace customer too. You might check to see if your domain registrar/DNS host offers email forwarding/aliases. I use Namecheap and was able to setup forwarding myself without Rackspace’s involvement. Good luck!

@Rackspace can you get one of those 1,000+ people to forward my Emails? I opened the ticket Sunday, and I know you are "calling people" to help them migrate, I only need the forwards. Ticket #6150126. If you don't ramp up the forwards we'll have to pull the plug.
