America has always been a nation of immigrants. But in the 1800s, immigrants came here to BUILD this country. No welfare, no handouts, just opportunity and hard work. Today millions cross illegally and immediately get on government assistance. That's not the same thing.

Whites and Asians contribute more and face greater hurdles to get into those same public institutions they fund.

Conservatives need to address the tension between condemning black people for "not valuing education" and telling them to "fix your own communities" while simultaneously dismantling black-led efforts to amend shortcomings in the black community.
