@thatdudereed_ The problem isn't the quantity of what you're eating. It's the quality. You make enough from griffting you should have no issue buying Organic Oreos, Organic potato chips, ice cream ect.

It’s 4AM and I’m just sitting here fighting the urge to eat. I’m not even hungry. That’s the crazy part. It’s just this feeling that won’t leave me alone… like my brain keeps telling me food will make it better, even though I know it won’t. It’s frustrating because I know what I’m trying to do. I know the goals I have. But in moments like this, none of that feels as loud as the urge. I think that’s the hardest part about this… it’s not just food. It’s what I’ve used food for. Stress, comfort, boredom… whatever I didn’t want to deal with, food was always there. And now I’m trying to break that, and it’s not easy. Not at 4 in the morning when everything’s quiet and it’s just me and my thoughts. Some nights I win, some nights I don’t. But tonight I’m at least aware of it, and I’m trying. And I guess that has to count for something. If you deal with this too… just know you’re not the only one up right now feeling like this. I’m still trying.
