Today we’re introducing Merlin. A new constellation designed to remap the entire planet every day at one-meter resolution. For decades, Earth observation has been constrained by a fundamental trade-off: global coverage or high resolution. Merlin removes that constraint. For the first time, it becomes possible to combine daily global coverage with the level of detail needed to understand human activity. This shifts Earth observation from tasking satellites to continuously monitoring the world. This is an Erik Prince company with a filing HQ in Austin, TX. I'm super bullish and love that a company posting $309k in revs last year is able to go public, this is sick. The US company is a holdco for all the European entities. The way Prince describes the company in his note to the SEC at the top of the S1 filing is that they're an American company that's deployed and tested in Ukraine.
