I'm a dog. In a tutu. Beyond that, it gets complicated.

@NYCMayor The IMMIGRATION and CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT do not belong at the countries major IMMIGRATION and CUSTOMS receiving centers? Really? I've heard you say some dumb stuff, but this one is really up there. Explain why.

𝗔𝗡𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 February 14, 2024. A gunman opens fire at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade. One woman k!lled. Twenty-two others shot, half of them children. Chaos on live television watched by millions. By February 16th — two days later — no names, no photos, no charges. Bill Maher pressed Ann Coulter on his show that Friday night. Her response: 𝘐𝘧 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘸𝘦'𝘥 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗴𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲. Suspects weren't named publicly until February 20th — six days after the shooting. She was right. The shooters were not white. This isn't a new pattern. Coulter pointed to San Bernardino in 2015 — where media hedged for hours before acknowledging Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik were Islamic terrorists. She pointed to the Covenant School shooting in Nashville — where authorities sat on the transgender shooter's manifesto for over a year. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁: when the shooter fits the media's preferred narrative, you know everything within the hour — name, photo, manifesto, childhood trauma, the works. When the shooter doesn't fit the narrative, suddenly the investigation requires patience and sensitivity. The American public isn't stupid. They've noticed. And the trust that legacy media has burned chasing that narrative is never coming back.

@thestustustudio She said, out on bail, posting on her privately owned phone to a network running on a capitalist system within a clean and orderly infrastructure with functioning power, water and basic safety. All things that Socialism is known for... Wait, I did that wrong. Let me start over

I get a ton of home inspection videos on my feed, and I sincerely doubt AI would be worse at some trade skills than whatever immigrant labor is doing in sheeting, drywall, roofing, plumbing, HVAC or finish work. What's happening at a $1M new home selling price is just short of criminal

Singapore solutions are for Singapore, and do not necessarily scale up. Westerners, especially those who've never traveled, let alone lived overseas, see it as encroaching on rights they have. But, without the kind of oversight that Singapore is enforcing, look what those rights have gotten them lately? This kind of enforcement was common in more prosperous times for the West, but now they call it correlation and not causation, while they decline.

I will clarify one thing: In Singapore, we close one eye if you support Palestine and/or Iran; we don't consider it a political view. So long as you are not doing anything harmful like inciting violence or threatening anyone. However, you will be INVESTIGATED for supporting Communism LOUDLY, and possibly BANNED from entering Singapore if you are a foreigner. That is CLEARLY a political view (and a harmful one), and we purged communists in the 60s. There is no defense for it. We do not want a Hasan Piker in our country.
xuan (ɕɥɛn / sh-yen)@xuanalogue

For Singapore to ban and deport an @NUSingapore PhD graduate --- possibly for their political views --- is really incredible. Academic freedom here has always been constrained, but it will shrink further if we do not defend it. @ICA_singapore what are the grounds for this?

LMAO. A lot of words for “I’m a submissive bitch.” A long way from “give me liberty or give me death.” Someone on here once posted that if you give submissive people the power to vote they’ll vote for their own submission. This guy is much more upset at his own submissive nature than he is at anything else. It’s also probably why he hates women so much. He allegedly used to pull them but if you’re pulling women by acting like something you’re not, you’ll still be miserable. He hates that he lives in a world where he’s expected to be agentic, masculine, and dominant and so he’s spiteful about everything related to those expectations. There is simply no defending this stance. No man should ever post like this. All of his posts on this read very much like a shorter tempered version of that incel leader account. Man up. Stop bitching

I would never choose to be black, but I would rather be myself forced to pick cotton in the Antebellum South than be myself forced to experience "diversity" from the 1990s to today. How is this even a question? Cotton-picking slaves were taken from a chaotic tribal life, living moment to moment like animals, and they were given cars and apartments and grocery stores. Their population grew from a few hundred thousand to 40 million. Most of them live on free resources given to them by White people. White people created everything of value and had it stolen from us, are being openly abused and killed by low-IQ "outdoor people" who don't belong here, and we have no access to the things that we created. There is absolutely no comparison. Sign me up for picking cotton with my own people and a guaranteed future handed me for free.
