Napster got nailed because it built and ran the piracy system—central servers, control, and clear knowledge. Cox is different—it’s just the ISP pipe. The Supreme Court basically said knowledge + not cutting users off isn’t enough by itself. You now need real intent or active participation. Being the road isn’t the same as driving the getaway car.

@Milajoy Zero Democrats would support it. You need two-thirds of the Senate—so why bother? Pass the SAVE Act. Fund DHS. End the Iran conflict quickly. Don’t waste time on impeachment theater. The Chief Justice should deliver a legal slapdown. That’s what’s needed.

The reason Judge Boasberg hasn't been impeached is because of Jim Jordan. As Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, it's up to him to get the ball rolling. Why hasn't he? He must AGREE with what Boasberg has done. Jim Jordan is FAKE MAGA.

@californiapost It’s my main airport. It’s now an ugly mess of buildings and concrete. It went from a simply u-shape traffic pattern of terminals to a colossal cluster-f^ck. Name one accomplishment any California government agency has done in the past five years. I’ll wait.

Mitch McConnell won reelection to the Senate seven times in a row and has spent roughly 40 years in Congress, including nearly two decades as party leader. Longevity and bipartisan praise don’t automatically equal outcomes that improve people’s lives—we are not better off for either.

Robert Mueller is the only FBI Director to be unanimously confirmed twice by the U.S. Senate and also be nominated by Presidents from two different political parties, 98-0 in 2001 for the George W. Bush Administration and 100-0 in 2011 for the Obama Administration. He died Friday at age 81. RIP

Republicans think the Democratic party is about as far left as it gets. Democrats think that the GOP can't get much further to the right. The average Democrat sees themselves to the left of their party. The average Republican sees themselves to the right of their party.

@News2ATeam “It seems unusual to say that you need a license to exercise a constitutional right.” NYSRPA v. Bruen, Oral Argument Tr., Chief Justice Roberts questioning (Nov. 3, 2021) Having to beg and pay the government for the right to assemble seems just a step or two behind!

Why is the Second Amendment the only enumerated right for which we still have to ask our government for permission to exercise?

Ahhh, you said I was sweet—careful, next thing you know I’ll be buzzing the tower—albeit in a 182. It matters because appointments reflect judicial philosophy. It doesn’t decide the case—but it absolutely provides context for how a judge may approach it, especially at the pre-trial stage.

@DoxxedTeacher @ScottNover Of course appellate courts rely on the record—that’s exactly why it matters that this was decided before a full record exists. That’s the point: early-stage rulings aren’t built on fully developed facts.

@DonWayneKerr @ScottNover No one said this was the conclusion, however, appellate courts do rely on facts gathered by the district courts to make their decisions. I’m glad that AI helped you write this, it really helped you make zero points.

That’s exactly the point—This was a pre-trial order, not a decision on the merits. And they’re almost always at this early stage where you see these kinds of orders—and are nearly all from Democrat-appointed judges. That’s why the real outcome is what survives appeal, not this. It’s ripe for politically motivated obstruction.

Most Likely to FAIL Constitutional Challenge These are the ones most vulnerable under current precedent: 1. SB749 — Assault weapons ban •Targets firearms in common use •That’s exactly what Heller protects •Even critics admit it “bans commonly owned firearms” 👉 High risk of being struck down ⸻ 2. HB40 — Ghost gun ban (felony) •Criminalizes homemade firearms / parts •No clear historical analogue for banning self-made arms •Courts are already split nationally 👉 High risk ⸻ 3. HB110 — Visible handgun $500 fine •Penalizes mere possession/visibility •Likely fails Bruen unless tied to sensitive places or history 👉 High risk / novel restriction ⸻ 4. SB115 — Carry reciprocity gutted •Indirectly burdens right to carry •Bruen strongly protects public carry 👉 Moderate–high risk

Same session they KILLED mandatory minimums for violent criminals who actually use guns. The 9 bills: 1. SB749 — Assault weapons ban 2. SB27 — Gun industry liability 3. SB38 — Prohibited person transfers 4. HB40 — Ghost gun ban (felony) 5. HB19 — Dating violence prohibition 6. HB110 — Visible handgun $500 fine 7. SB115 — Carry reciprocity gutted 8. HB229 — Mental health facility ban 9. HB871 — Mandatory home storage All 9 enrolled. Governor deadline: April 13. SB78 — Mandatory minimums for repeat violent gun criminals. Killed. Same session. Same committee. Same chair. Nine bills for legal gun owners. Zero bills for actual criminals. That's not safety. That's a agenda. 661,000 Virginians already read the full breakdown. Every bill. Every sponsor. Every vote count. The one they killed. If you live in Orange County, CA, or have at least ever driven the 405 Freeway near Bristol (South Coast Plaza area) on the South side of the freeway stood a gaudy audacious monument to greed in faith-based television - the long derelict Trinity Broadcast Network headquarters. This week, crews began tearing it down. I just drove by this a couple weeks ago and wondered what would become of it. Now I know. ocregister.com/2026/03/18/cre…

@mattvanswol I don’t understand why at Houston. When I saw Austin it could have been SXSW traffic. I flew thru DFW and LAX this week. Fastest thru one can expect using Touchless Pre-Check. Pre-check line was not long. Didn’t see anything out of the ordinary for the commoner’s line.
