I typically could care less about volume. Stocks can and do rally on low volume. But I am struck by the consistent low volume rally in the QQQs. Just fell off a cliff as we came off the low.

One of many reasons I don't go to 100% cash or even close, is that the turns come quickly. After a March drawdown, 100% of my gains for the year came in April.
- I reached 32% cash end of March, but moved to reinvest most of that between 4/1-4/8.
