@JohnCastling @ArcDurham Thanks John, will definitely come and visit. We (Focus on the North East) have been given permission by David Mason to dig some test pits in the demolished part of D village Waterhouses as part of a well being project. I thought this might interest Christina too!

Guess who’s back? That’s right @ArcDurham’s Jamie Armstrong with his JCB & shovel getting Auckland Castle ready for @DUACE2021. This year’s aim - the house of the man who blew up bits of the medieval castle. We’ll have a viewing platform up on Friday so come visit! #archaeology
