Can customer service be TOO good? Great job @Apple AND @eventbrite Had a web error that caused me to buy early 4 bird tickets instead of 2. Both Apple & Eventbrite separately refunded me for 2 tickets. … Resulting in my having to buy 2 tickets at full price just now🫠

@eventbrite This is absolutely ridiculous that I can not speak to someone on the phone who can resolve this MFA issue. @bbb_us this company is awful and appears to be a bunch of scammers.

@eventbrite we opened a support ticket on 1/21/26 for MFA reset because your system enabled MFA without our consent. Now we can not manage our event at all. This is awful customer service.
