This is so deeply embarrassing. Unless Hegseth was secretly bitten by a radioactive spider, he's not coming anywhere close to benching 315. That's it, the end. He is 45 years old, maybe 6'0", 190. He cant do a pullup with form. 315 is somewhere around 1.7x his body weight, and benching 1.7x your bodyweight is competitive powerlifter territory. He's not that. He does not have the upper body strength to bench 315, period. We've already seen that in the pullup videos. Those are probably 25 pound Rogue bumper plates, so assuming the bar is 45 (no given), this is 195, WHICH IS ALSO EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE FOR A 45 YEAR OLD WHO WEIGHS 195. Benching your bodyweight, at any age is terrific, its amazing, so why lie? What is the point?
