@ExpatESEA @bonchieredstate They have this already. Airbnb is more strict now on how many/what tasks a host requires you to do, and you can leave specific feedback about “excessive checkout tasks.”

@bonchieredstate I think all those cleaning requests should be posted on the booking page at the time of reservation. Some reasonable things, especially for lower priced bookings, are reasonable. But they should be transparent and listed on the booking page. Then the guest can decide if worth it.

AirBnB hosts charging a $200 cleaning fee while simultaneously demanding you clean every square inch of the rental to exacting specifications remains the biggest scam in modern history.

@DylanTSEO I sometimes place standing backorders for domains at Namejet/Snapnames... that way if they expire & go to auction, I'm automatically included. If I'm the only backorder, I win immediately x.com/searchbound/st…
Peter Askew@searchbound

What's nice about Snapnames (& Namejet) is you can place standing backorders against any domain, so if one expires & enters pending delete status (without your knowledge), you'll be included (& notified) of any auction that begins (or you win outright if you're only bidder)

Recommendation Needed: breathable men's pants that also look somewhat professional. These 85-95 degree days are killing me and I need better pants for my in-office days.

@rustybrick This one is above/separate from the PAA, so is it different than what's highlighted in the article? Perhaps a different iteration of it. There's no option to collapse + it's pretty much attached to the featured snippet.

@KevinEspiritu A cheaper alternative is Global Interview (app). I think it was $5 and does the same thing.

Found (and used) a cool business - automatic text/email alerts to schedule Global Entry appts. They're notoriously hard to get and often booked months in advance, so the only way to get one fast is constantly scan for cancellations. $25 got me an appt 4x faster than normal

Your articles are quite long - which is great. Awesome job across the board. I strongly recommend a table of contents. The content can feel overwhelming. Also, it'd help users if you better summarize what you plan to discuss in the article - near the top of the page (ideally above fold).

It's our fifth anniversary! & it took us 6 months to put this video together, because I overthink everything, and because it's SO DIFFICULT to attempt to summarise 5 years in less than 2 minutes. Grateful for @techseowomen, for our members, partners, sponsors and supporters 🙏🏽

@searchbound I’m a big fan. Being able to watch remotely is super cool, especially when some of these tournaments are far away or cost a fortune to enter/park.

🏐 this BallerTV biz model is *wild* 🏐 I had never heard of - then attended a travel volleyball tournament with my daughter. 🏐 I saw these poles, with cameras on top, at sideline center of every court. At base was sign "BallerTV" 🏐 I was 🤔 whodis? 🏐 I search them... find their site... "Live stream youth sports" 🏐 😮 🏐 my pea brain: "um, this is a big industry" 🏐 At recent tournament, there were *200* courts. 1 camera at every single one. 🏐 Friends & relatives who can't attend can watch online, *live* (or on replay) 🏐 So let's say, for this one tournament, 1 relative per court pays & watches online 🏐 = 200 x $95.40 (yearly, Bronze pkg, what I bought) = $19,080 🏀🥍⚽️🥎🏈Other youth sports they broadcast: Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Football 💵 I would like to buy this stock should it become available.

Dropping new branding for @epicgardening soon across all channels: social, DTC, wholesale, ecomm The OG logo (still in use) was made for $10 on Upwork. It's a classic, but as I built out each platform, the design coherence got sloppy Fixed that now...excited to share more!

All the lifetime #SEO spammers and scammers are suddenly E-E-A-T experts now. Good for them. Glad they all found religion at the same time. What a time to be alive as quality becomes job #1. Let’s hope that inauthentic quality doesn’t become *their* hot new tactic. ::slowclap::
