Anybody would do fascia plane blocks under GA?. In other words, do we need the patient awake for PECs or Serratus anterior? I am considering optimizing patient comfort and shortening nerve block time....

Essential to have surgeon trust and engagement. Inviting the surgeons to see us do new blocks has been an effective way to gain acceptance. Our spine surgeons still like to watch (and even offer ‘helpful’ tips to our fellows).
