@easyjet URGENT: Multiple passengers' passports were lost during ONE OF YOUR plane transfers in Glasgow due to a faulty aircraft. You then flew them to Rome WITHOUT their passports. They have now been detained at Rome Fiumicino (FCO) for 6+ hours with NO food, water or shelter.

@easyJet there are only two counters open at Palma airport - we have been queuing to check in for an hour and I’m getting concerned we won’t be allowed to check in for our Gatwick flight, despite arriving in good time! Can anything be done?

@easyJet Flight 3132 from Fuimicino to Glasgow is showing a delay of 8 hours on your app. Why no txt update on food vouchers etc. Or is it because you don’t want to alert customers that they can get compensation under EU regulations 261.

@easyJet poor show currently at Glasgow. Tome flight obviously had difficulties so you’ve rapidly used the Bristol plane? EZY202 customers at the gate and find out through the screens? Bloody disgrace

@easyJet I was disgusted with staff at Gatwick airport! I was charged £46 for my daughter’s bag (photo attached) that contained sensory toys, an iPad, a teddy - things to ease anxiety; I wasn’t even given time to put it in another bag as staff were threatening to close the gate!
