@easyJet #lostbaggage Really unacceptable treatment by Easy Jet—after my bag didn’t arrive with me on my flight from Rome to London-Gatwick on May 29, and I filled out the form for it, there has been NO WORD at all from EasyJet. Such utter disregard for their customers!!!

@easyJet we flew from Palma airport yesterday morning and wanted to give a shout out to one of the staff at bag check in. She worked so hard keeping everyone informed and getting people on the right queues she even then went into the check in desk. She is a credit to easy jet

@easyJet I recently flew from Faro to B/ham, the seat beside me was 'taken' by someone who wasn't supposed to be there. I objected, however I was verbally abused by the individual, crew refused to move him to his allocated seat. Poor customer experience.

@easyJet I see another airline has suggested 3hr arrival this summer in case of delays. Will you do same? But if bag drop opens 2hrs prior, then we wouldn’t be able to join security queues earlier than that, am I right? Would you consider opening bag drop earlier too?
