@easyJet have just cancelled our flight out of Bristol to Alicante just before take off.Leaving us stranded with zero assistance. Uber to Birmingham for the early flight out. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of customers, little to no communication. Pilots words "Sorry bout that"

@easyJet stuck at Stornaway airport for a delayed Loganair flight that might make me late for EZY431 to Birmingham- impossible to contact EasyJet by phone - frustrating unable to discuss this. Might be late for baggage check in….

@easyJet I am disgusted with the lack of communication from your absent rep on our holiday in Sorrento. We are due to fly back at 10:40 tomorrow morning but there is no communication from your rep on what time our transfer will come to pick us up.

Hi @easyJet,
I booked a flight today by mistake and cancelled within minutes of purchase.
Despite the immediate cancellation, €59 fees were charged on a €95 booking.
I’m asking for a goodwill review or credit due to the obvious date error and fast cancellation. Thank you
