@easyJet have just cancelled our flight out of Bristol to Alicante just before take off.Leaving us stranded with zero assistance. Uber to Birmingham for the early flight out. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of customers, little to no communication. Pilots words "Sorry bout that"

Hi @easyJet, I booked a flight today by mistake and cancelled within minutes of purchase. Despite the immediate cancellation, €59 fees were charged on a €95 booking. I’m asking for a goodwill review or credit due to the obvious date error and fast cancellation. Thank you
