@Alexand93872094 @easyJet Same experience for me, on the same date. Flight cancelled 2 hours before departure. Had to pay over £1,000 on a new flight, taxis, meals, a hotel and a rental car and everything was rejected on the expenses form. All itemised receipts, statements… all refused.

Hi @easyJet My wife's and my flight from Edinburgh to Lisbon on 28/6/2026 was cancelled some 2 hours before departure time. We had no support whatsoever. The easyjet app did not offer any solution. We had to book an alternative flight and pay. It cost about 1500 euros. 1/2

@easyJet The only reason I ask is that the crew and pilot are in our hotel but a flight came in from Manchester at 18:30 so I can only assume you didn’t sell enough seats and therefore cancelled the flight?

@easyJet how can you cancel a flight with absolute no explanation at all 2 hours before it was due to depart? We had handed back our car and were stood at the check in desk (Pisa-Manchester). The only next available flight Monday!! How do I go about claiming my money back!
