There is not a single historical example of a country successfully reversing what Australia is doing right now. @AwakenedOutlaw Its just turned into a complete scam at this point

There are roughly 340 million living American citizens with SSN's assigned to them by the Social Security Administration. The program was started in 1936, and since then, 548 million unique SSNs have been issued. But did you know that well over 400 million SSNs have been stolen (e.g., through hacking-related data breaches, fraud, etc.) over time? Think about that for a hot minute. Basically, every single American alive right now has had their number compromised - even if you're unaware of it. Now, explain to me like I'm stupid how the entire system doesn't demand a complete overhaul. And by that I mean scraping everyone's numbers and implementing a new/more secure means of identifying and verifying our status as legal citizens of the country. I realize some harbor reservations about the matter, but there can't NOT be a way to confirm who we are. How the hell else would we know who is and isn't a lawful citizen? Have everyone pinky swear that they are? C'mon, man. Personally, I think it's insane that we're married to a system that we know, for a fact, is entirely compromised. Not to mention for something as important as distinguishing who is, and isn't, an American. Oh, and if you hadn't noticed, technology has progressed a smidge since the 1930s. Yet here we are, almost 100 years later, still using unlaminated paper cards with numbers on them that we know are all bought and sold for nefarious purposes. I don't have an answer as to how best to do this. But I do know that it's obvious the current status of the entire diseased system we have in place can't be fixed. It's simply too far gone.
