Confused why a lawyer would be talking about vaccines? It's because mandates infringe on civil and individual rights. Pushing mandates by claiming vaccines are "safe and effective" made this claim a legal and political issue. To reverse course, end mandates, immunity to liability, and gov't involvement. But that is unlikely to happen willingly because these products can't survive on their own merit.
