This story is horrific. This girl with mental issues was taken from her parents and thrown in a state-run facility with MENA migrant minors. They then gang-raped her. It traumatised her and led to a suicide attempt which left her paraplegic. Today, Spain will euthanise her.

This video is a perfect example of why police officers should never engage those they detain in legal arguments, especially when these suspects obviously lack any meaningful or substantive understanding of the law. These two suspects unnecessarily escalated a routine detention in which officers are attempting to affirm or dispel their suspicion based on the information they had at the time. Google lawyers, at the very least, always offer good entertainment, and ultimately serve as an indictment of our educational system. 😂

A lot of people don’t actually know their rights until a situation like this happens. The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, yet situations like this happen every day.
