@FatKidAndADream
Your friends secret quant.

This is going to be a costly tweet for a lot of people.

Today @coinbase filed lawsuits in CT, MI, and IL to confirm what is clear: prediction markets fall squarely under the jurisdiction of the @CFTC, not any individual state gaming regulator (let alone 50). State efforts to control or outright block these markets stifle innovation and violate the law. 1/4

$ASTER / Aster Structure looks terrible here. I would not be comfortable being a bull at these levels. Price has officially tagged our downside target of $0.81, and now testing the major macro low of the chart. If it can't form a double bottom here, the ~$0.73 range is coming in real hot. RSI is still buried way below the critical levels with zero sign of a bounce or divergence. Bulls gotta step in now, or this flush is going to be ugly.

🇨🇳 You probably already heard this but interesting story in the context of what I was talking about American iRobot filed for bankruptcy and is now owned by the Chinese company that actually produced their products, called Shenzhen PICEA Shenzhen PICEA did something very smart, they bought up a lot of the debt that iRobot had and couldn't pay and through that managed to get full ownership of iRobot when it went bankrupt It's another story of the Chinese manufacturer acquiring their Western brand A similar story happened with Segway in 2015, where the Chinese company that cloned them called Ninebot managed to acquire the original they cloned, Segway I don't know what the strategy here is but I think it's to own the Western brand name iRobot and Roomba which still has a lot of brand awareness worldwide (as the original inventor of the vacuum robot) and gives the Chinese legitimacy

$ASTER / Aster Anything below $1.00 is trouble for bulls. Bulls' momentum up was capped at $1.10 on multiple attempts, which forced price to lose the critical $1.00 floor and open the door to a wave of liquidations, forcing price down to $0.97. The density of knife-catching longs is enormous compared to shorts. There is barely any short-squeeze fuel in sight compared to the risk of cascading liquidations from trapped dip-buyers. With Delta growing aggressively red, there is a high probability this local liquidity gets swept before any real reversal takes place. If price recaptures $1.00, momentum shifts to neutral. Until $1.10 is broken, the bears are in control.
